Default Phosban reactor converted to zeovit Auto reactor

Been looking for a solution that would fit my tank REdSea 250 and be able to use the sump (that has space for reactor before skimmer).

I am planning to drill the bottom of my phosban 550 reactor (https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/phosban-reactor-550.html)

and use a bulkhead 1/4 on the bottom that would be connected to an aquarium air pump used this way it forcefully stir the rocks pretty nicely.

Water pump will be on a controller timer and effluent will go directly to the return pump.

Air pump will be managed by controller.

I have not seen any indication that air bubbles introduced in Zeolites would kill bacteria or prevent the Zeovit process to go on.

Thank you for comment,

I think the important thing is to be able to fully make the zeolite material, [stirring / rolling / turning], which may be more efficient

The “air bubbles” do not have a negative impact but the pump must be strong enough to tumble the rocks around to clean the. Maybe just a stronger pump without the addition of air bubbles would be fine also.
