This is a late build thread however since I run my tank with the zeovit system I want to share my journey with all of you.
Well, let me introduce my self my name is Anthony from socal. I have been addicted to reef/salt water since 1983. I have kept many different tank and the current set up is a 265g leemar. I'm moving to a new house and I told my wife it's going to be difficult to move a 265g glass aquarium so she said then buy a new one lol....but her demand is it's has to be a focus of the new house so need to be nice and custom.
The new reef will be a spectacular 96"x36"x24" acrylic peninsula on a custom steel white stand with RE dream box design custom sump from John at Advance Acrylic. I have seen many different tank but his tank is exceed all of my expectation. Since I go all in with the tank, stand and sump I will do the same with equipment.
When I was 13 I stayed on an island in Malaysia and got my first taste of corals reef particular stag horn acropora since then I always want to have a tank full of stag horn. My vision for this tank will be a forest of stag horn and a school of damsel fish darting in and out. The house we are looking at has a perfect room and place for my dream tank. An 8 foot window divided the living room and the sun room make a perfect placement for the tank.
I talked to John from AA and started to design the tank and sump in Oct 2016 and he has 6 months to complete for move in date in Feb 2017. In November at RAP 2016 my sump was at RAP and I was so happy to see it. Measure 49"x30"x18" its a beast of a sump. Im going with BK supermarin 250 protein skimmer thats why I need a wide 30" sump and I love it.

I'm moving my old tank to the new tank so there will not be a cycle however I will start with the zeovit dosing program. My total volume is around 360g
1) zeobak 4 drops per day
2) zeostart3 2x1.4ml per day
3) sponge power 10 drops per day
4) flatworm stop 10ml MWF
5) CV 10 drops per day
6) Coral snow 14ml Sun
7) Pohl extra 10ml TuThSat
