Hello djbrandriff150, red signs on sand and rocks that look like cyano. When changing the water, siphon the affected area under vacuum.

Is the system a Zeo system? Try CoralSnow 2ml + ZeoBac 1 drop mixture for 7 ~ 10 days. After the administration, temporarily turn off the skimmer for 2hr and adjust the humidity.

Toothbrush is also your good helper, the material accumulated on the rocks for cleaning

Reduce feeding, I don't know whether to give iodine dose, it is good to stop adding temporarily.

Looks like cyno. The things jacky mentioned will help. Cyno is usually from overfeeding and/or lack of flow in that area so consider that for a long term solution.
