2 clownfish
3 chromis
1 one spot foxface
1 Squaretail Bristletooth Tang
1 six line wrasse
1 mandarin

My fish eat 1 cube in less than 1 minute. I stop all flow to feed so the food is suspended and fully consumed before the flow is restarted.
I have recently gotten a new skimmer that has been s-l-o-w-l-y breaking in so skimmate has been very spotty.
yeh that's a high bio load for young Zeo system. NO3 is most likely due to the feeding, bio load and your skimmer efficiency. the only thing you can do is patience. you will need time for your bacteria population to be strengthen and manage to handle the bio load in your system.
- be very diligence in feeding only what can be consumed right away
- skim wet
- you can increase the reactor flow a bit (10-15%) and see if NO3 is getting down in a week time frame.
- dose ZB every other day
- doze ZZ+BM every other day for 1 week as I have described in the past (ferment for 8 hours, dose at night, turn off skimmer for 2 hours when you dose)

let us know how it goes.
