Lets wait with them some time, if you start dosing all at once you will never know which product has caused which change.

Thanks Alexander,

I still have a potassium in my tank. i have dosed K-BS for two weeks, but i have seen any obvious result. The potassium is always in between 350-330. is that normal for KBS user?

That should have a impact, are you sure that your test kit does give you the correct reading ? Please also check the level of your fresh mixed salt next time you do a water change at the right salinity.

new update,

i just got a icp test, will get the result soon, so will find the real potassium level.

after just one week of the dosing, there is some changes. the blue long acropora become lighter, the brown color is reduced (a little pale now i will consider it is). The green one is much green now.

However, i am a little concerned about that some coral like my strawberry short cake are pale. it has been that pale for a while. should I keep following the dosing plan or i should change a bit?

thanks so much for your help. ))

The light tissue can be a result of a lower K+ concentration so the result of the test would be interesting to see if that is the case.

In the meantime you can try to increase XTra to every other day for the next 8 – 10 days.

Finally achieved 0 nitrate and phosphate. And I added five large colony this week, which r great so far. The color of the color seems better. There is still some areas of the strawberry short cake r pale but better now I think.

For the rest of the coral, I feel the coral is improved, and I can see the growth. Do I need to keep this dosing plan?

Lets decrease XTra to 2 x weekly now, if the corals are getting lighter again you can dose it more often again.
