Usually it is total gross water volume (sump & tank) ./. ~ 20 % for rocks / sand etc.

For a net water volume of 480 liters I would dose as follows:

zeolite : 1.2 l 480l/h continuous flow
Start3 - 0.45ml day and night
zeobak - 5 drop 2x per week
PIF , iron - 4 drops 2 x weekly
Sponge power 5 drops every other day
CV - 8 drops 2 x weekly
FWS - 1 x weekly
bio mate 10 drops 2 x weekly
Coral booster - 3ml - 2x per week
Xtra -3ml 2x per week

You can dose Food and FWS 2 x weekly if you like to. ZeoStart 0.9 ml total split in two additions daily.

1 drop / 25 US gallons ZeoFood 2 x weekly should be enough if necessary.

If coral tissue is not already to light and if nutrients are stabile low while corals show good growth you can dose it if you like to.

I just checked mine again after a water change and on the red sea, my no3 was between 8 and 16ppm.
