Default Pohls extra special and amino acids for non-ze tank

1. Gross water volume of your complete system (incl. sump etc.) - 100 gallons
2. Net water volume (incl. sump etc.) - US gallons / UK gallons / liter
3. Are you using a CaCO2 reactor or other technique - calcium reactor
4. Are you using a PO4 reactor (how long, how long ago, etc.) - no
5. Are you using Ozone - no
6. Are you using UV -no
7. What skimmer are you using (type, rated water volume) - reef octo regal 150+ gallon
8. What are your actual PO4 and NO3 levels - nitrate 0.5ppm (dosing KNO3) phos 0 ppb
9. What are your actual Ca, Alk and Mg levels - 7.0/420/1300
10. What filtration method do you use (refugium, DSB, Miracle Mud, etc.) - 7 gallon refugium 120w hydroponics light, Marine pure block
11. Type of light (Watt, color temp, how old, etc.) - ATI 8 bulb 20k combo
12. What corals do you keep - SPS
13. Tissue color (light or dark) - LIGHT
14. How long has the tank been running - 3 months
15. Why do you want to use the ZEOvit system
16. Any supplemental dosing (type, amount, why, etc.) - been dosing KNO3 to bring from 0 (<.25ppm) to 0.5ppm
17. Live rock (how much, how old, etc.) - very little. 10-15 pounds
18. Any present problems - some pale sps
19. Problem description (tissue loss tips, tissue loss base, diatom bloom, algae, etc.)
20. What test kit do you use (how old, recently switched, etc.) Red Sea (nitrate) Hannah (phos)
21. Present dosing, amounts and intervals (ZEOvit, ZEObak, ZEOfood, ZEOstart, ZEOspur2, etc.) - nothing yet
22. Other water parameters and water stability (salinity, temp, etc.) - 35 PPT 78F
23. Which salt brand do you use - aquavitro salinity

Ordered pohls Xtra special and KZ amino acid concentrate. I'm going to stop nitrate dosing because I don't really see a difference after just over a week. Probably not long enough but I've been wanting to try the pohls Xtra special anyways.

How should I go about dosing considering I'm not using zeovit method?

A good start is 3 ml XTra and 3 drops AminoAcid 2 x weekly.

Difficult to say as dosing depends to many factors but I think 2 x weekly is a good start to observe the changes. If more often intervals do show additional improvements it can be dosed more often but it is basically better to start slow instead of overdosing at the start. Over the time you will get a better feeling to the product and its dosage.

A big factor for the dosing quantity is the quantity of consumers (corals), the skimmer, the growth rate of the corals etc.
