You should just store Bac and CV in the fridge, all other products at normal room temperature in a dark dry place otherwise it will happen what you have experienced. You can try to store the product at normal room temperature, maybe those crystals will get dissolved again.

Another question:
Should I use zeo food7 in place of sponge power?

On zeo food 7 bottle says use it twice a week
On another hand on web site says use it daily

Which one is correct?
Should I use it daily or weekly?

If you do not have algae or cyano issues and if nutrient levels are stabile low you can try to dose 2 – 3 drops ZeoFood 2 x weekly additional if you like to but it does not replace SpongePower.

Updates:
1. Gross water volume of your complete system (incl. sump etc.)
- 280 ltr
2. Net water volume (incl. sump etc.)
- 250 ltr
3. Are you using a CaCO2 reactor or other technique
- No
4. Are you using a PO4 reactor
- NO
5. Are you using Ozone
- No
6. Are you using UV
- NO
7. What skimmer are you using - Bubble magus Hero 7, capacity 700 L,air intake 520 l/h
8. What are your actual PO4 and NO3 levels
-PO4< 0.1 !!, NO3< 20ppt !!!
9. What are your actual Ca, Alk and Mg levels
Ca475, alk 7.3, 1550 mg
10. What filtration method do you use
- zeovit filter, carbon
11. Type of light
-6 * ATI or GIESEMANN T5 24W
12. What corals do you keep:
Stylophora
Acropora staghorn
Tri color acropora
Pink pocilopora
Montipora spongodes
Montipora capricurnis
Red branching montipora
Fungia
Two bubble tip anemone, a favia brain,
13. Tissue color (light or dark) -very Dark
14. How long has the tank been running - 50 days
15. Why do you want to use the ZEOvit system
- providing natural enviroment for sps corals.
16. Any supplemental dosing - None
17. Live rock 20kg
18. Any present problems
- dark tissue and algae
- Very high No3 Po4 levels
19. Problem description -
20. What test kit do you use KH,PH,Ca, Mg with salifert and hana for PO4. JBL NO3.
21. Present dosing, amounts and intervals
- zeobak 3 drops rwice a week
-zeostart3 .252 daily
-sponge power 3 drops every other day
22. Other water parameters and water stability
- Salinity 35ppt, PH around 8.1
23. Which salt brand do you use - Aquaforest reef salt

After moving to new house, There was a problem with zeovit reactor pump and No3 levels has been increased to near 20!!
Now the water flow is 210 liter per hour.
I will change the pump in few days to reach 240 liter/ hour
Im changing carbon each 10 days and zeovit every 25 days to solve the problem.
Also 20% water change weekly.
I cant lower the No3 & Po4 levels in last 25 days.
What else should I do to lower the nutrient levels?

I know the high levels of Mg and Ca is because of the salt mix which I used.
So I do next water changes with another salt mix.

I would first recommend to bring back the reactor pump to the correct flow again. Additional dose ZeoBac every other day for some time and SpongePower daily.

How much ZeoVit material do you have running exactly and does the reactor is running with continuous flow ?

5 drops BioMate every other day for some time should additional support the decrease of nutrients.

Please also tell how many fish you keep and what their sizes are.

Default A.li's zeovit thread

Thank you very much for the response,
The reactor is running with 0.6 liter of zeovit material.
Five fishes :
one pair of clowns
Medium yellow tang
Six line wrasse
Naoko wrasse

Im dosing zeobac every day for ten days because of zeovit exchange, its been 8th day now.

I will increase water flow in reactor to 300 liter/hour.

Keep a close eye on the corals while increasing the reactor flow, 300 liters per hour is to much for your system size, 250 liters per hour is what I would recommend.

Hi Alexander
One of corals had been started to bleach in Dec 13
The first pic

All corals are brown like pic 2

Last night another one started to bleaching from base(third pic)
So I decided to bringing back reactor flow to somewhere between 210 and 220
I would increase flow 3 hours a day.

Last Measuring are like this:
Specific Gravity 1.025
KH 7 salifert
PH 7.5 salifert
No3 << 10 salifert
PO4 0.5 seachem
Ca 480 salifert
Mg 1560 salifert
K 365
Potassium is too low, so I changed k balance automatic.

Problems:
1: base necrosis in one coral
2: very dark tissues
Some corals introduced two weeks ago and their situation are worst.
3: higher ca and mg levels.
I just bought KZ salt to make water changes, but the proper level for Ca should be Mg level divided by three, in my case 520.
should I now dose Ca to reach 520?!!
When and how much water change do you suggest?
4: what is proper water flow for active carbon in reactor?

It is a long list
Thank you in advance

Do you have a chance to cross check salinity with a different, accurate instrument ?

Main water levels are unusual high which can be a indicator for higher salinity.

You can remove the coral of the first picture it will not recover as it already lost most of its tissue, sorry to say.

Your plan to decrease the reactor flow again is OK. For your system size usually 0.6 liters of the material with a reactor flow of ~ 240 liters per hour should work fine.

Thank you for your fast response.
My reading is 1.025 with JBL precession hydrometer.
In lfs with reef octopus refractometer is 1.026

High Mg and Ca levels is because of aqua forest reef salt.
I just bought kz salt to make partial water changes,
My plan is make another 20 % water change then 10 percent weekly, to level Mg and Ca.

Is it important to precisely adjust the flow rate of carbon reactor?
I dont know the exact flow rate of it.

Flow is very important, to much flow can cause TN for example, to less flow does speed down the nutrient processing.

You can measure it by collecting the water from your reactor outlet for 30 seconds. Than multiply its volume by 120 and you will get the output per hour.

You were right Alexander,
The true salinity is 1.028!!!!
I should check the decreasing routine with you:
1- May I decrease the salinity to 1.026 daily?٫ so it takes 4 days
2- Is it ok if I use seachem Balance and seachem Reef Builder to maintain pH and KH Level, till system will be stable?
3- Simultaneously to maintain potassium level, should I daily add potassium to tank?
