Thank you for the pictures, have the problems with the corals began around the same time when the cyanos started to grow ?

Do you have a idea what has cause the coral problems, anything you have changed before this has started ?

YOur tank was so nice until this all happened
What is your water change schedule like?
I try to do 20% monthly. So that equates to about 120 litres. To be honest today the cyano has reduced and I can only put this down to the change in my ration light schedule which is now 10 hours blue per day. And whites 4 hours and no green , uv, or reds. I've also decided to frag what is healthy on the green plates and bin the rest.

I had treated half of my live rock with coral Rx pro. Which is a coral dip. The other half of my rock I bleached in a bath then used a dechlorinater and then finally had the rocks sit in citric acid for a day. Once these rocks were cleaned I then put them back in my tank. What I didn't realise is that citric acid has sodium carbonate in it. So although I believed I had cleaned the rocks well enough I hadn't because approx 3 days later my alk shot up to over 300ppm on my hanna checker. This is when I started losing corals gradually then rapidly

IMO there is not you can do beside giving the system time to stabilize while continue to dose the basic products and doing regular water changes.

It might also be positive to add some fresh good quality live rock or replace some the old rocks with it.
