Additional coral food is usually not necessary, basically it will just add nutrients which can in extreme low nutrient systems create a positive impact to the corals.

Have you already checked the K+ level of your system ?

You can additional try to dose 1.5 ml XTra daily for one week.

Thank you so much for ur help Alex,
I almost forgot the potassium level cause i have the tab in the reactor which i thought may have kept the potassium level up to par.
I just see ur reply and jump right into testing, it turns out its very low at 340. Whats the recommend dose to bring back up potassium quickly?
Also for CV, AA and Xtra special ,
what is the perfect time do dose? i hear that best time to dose is after light goes out in the evening or before light kicks off in the morning?

The low potassium level might be the cause of the light tissue, try to slowly increase it to ~ 380 mg.

Lets keep the dosing regimen as it is at the moment.

Can u believe it Alex?in just 10 days i slowly increase K+ to 380, i already see the color pop significantly, the tissue is thicker smoother. I believe it will even get better in week.
Thanks Alex, i almost forgot the K+. Should i dose K+ daily to keep it consistent at 380? If so, how much?

Good to hear, potassium is a very important element if a system runs nutrient poor stabile. Hard to say how much you need to dose but I would recommend to dose regular. You need to find the correct dosage for your system size to keep the level around 380 mg.

Hi Alex,
A week ago i removed about 20% of my zeolite (because it remove my nutrient aggressively that lead to coral not coloring up) , after that experiencing Cyano bacteria lightly on sand bed , it comes on when light on and clear when light off.
Any recommendations to get rid of them?

Are they brown forming strings ?

You can try to dose 2 ml CoralSnow mixed with 1 drop ZeoBac daily / 25 US gallons for one week to see if it does get better.

Exactly, its brown forming strings. I think its the imbalance system when i removed 20% of the zeolite. Cyano is lightly and staying the same , hopefully it will die off when system back to normal.
Thank you

It might be Dinos indeed, lets see if the Bac/ Snow mixture has any kind of a impact on them.

I dosed 2 days continuously of bak and snow mixed then currently doing 3 days black out to strike it really hard regardless of either cyano or dino. I also just get cyano clean and zeozym, how do i use them in conjunction of bak and snow? tomorrow will be the end of 3 days and will start using it to get rids of them completely. And will also replace 40% of zeolite too.
Any ideas? Thank you Alex.

I would try to add spoon daily in the evening for example while doing the Bac/Snow mixture in the morning.

Do mix ZeoZym in the morning also with some tank water and give it time to soak in until the evening when you dose it. You can do this for some time.

Label says 1 level teaspoon per 250 gallon, mine is 40 gallon , so is it 1/2 spoon or 1/5 spoon?

For a treatment you can use more that is the reason why I have recommended spoon, usually it would be less.
