Since using the kz system, my po4 has not been measured for a long time, which is great.

I know that 0.00~0.03 is an acceptable range.

Do you keep this data or have not reached the unmeasurable stage?
Jacky, the P data is ppb which equates to 0.00-0.02 ppm PO4 & I am ok with that. I use Hanna Phosphorus & Hanna Phosphate to check PO4 & P. I dont know how accurate they are but I cant afford $1500.00 right now for a better one. If it continues to fall to zero & stay there then thats ok to.

ok I will stop both AAs for now. I dont have a problem as of now with brown film or other algaes. the corals were not showing signs of growth thats why I started using AA

Ok, I understand what you mean, and thank you for correcting the unit ppm

Everything is great, not a serious problem, corals can perform very well.

I am looking forward to their growth and really envy you with those new corals.

I would not completely stop, just reduce the quantity to 50%. To increase growth some additional water changes might help.

I received my first ICP-Analysis test results today. Iodine is a little low, other than that everything seems to be close to where it should be

Iodine is not really stabile in saltwater therefore it is difficult to measure. I have dosed this element just depending to the look of the corals especially if blue corals become to light blue or if millepora corals had decreased poly expansion.

The Iodine Complex does additional contain organic iodine. Basically both are doing the same, some just dose one of them.

I ordered a bottle of ICC.
I read in another thread about brown film on substrate which I have again & you suggested stopping ZS3 for 3 days & see what happens & then adjust dose accordingly. I stopped it two days ago & the film seems to be disappearing. If it continues to go away I will adjust dose to .3ml ZS from .5ml
Do u have suggestion? would it be better to reduce dose or keep the same (.5ml) & only dose 2-3 times a week instead of every day?

I am sure I have not recommended to stop dosing ZeoStart completely but recommended to reduce the quantity.

If you start to dose it again you can use a lower quantity as long as nutrients stay stabile low. Usually I would not dose less than 50% of the recommended quantity.
