Algae is not something I'd really worry about at this stage, but red and green sounds a bit like cyano? Could you snap a picture of it?
it could be cyano. but when u look very closely it looks like red/brown & green colour fuzzy stuff

That doesn't look like Cyano to me, so that's a good thing :P

I would not worry at this point, sure it might not look super, but it should disappear on its own, especially when nutrients continue to drop.

When you do your next water change, siphon the substrate to get rid of potentially accumulated detritus

That is how I do my water changes by siphoning the substrate but it comes back within 3-4 hrs. thanks for the opinion

After each ZeoVit exchange ZeoBac is dosed daily for 10 days, otherwise 2 – 3 x weekly while the ZeoStart dosage is not changed.

If the brown film on the sand does not get much more the problem should be fixed over the time without doing anything. Alternatively dosing CoralSnow additional could be helpful if you already have this product.

CS is perfectly fine to use at the same time as zeostart and bak.
You can use it daily if you want, but I'd start every second day and see if the algae decreases.

Cs have multiple uses depend on the purpose.
I does the following
During normal system condition I dose ot 2 times a week. One time mixed with zb during one of the zb doses and one time mixed with bm during BM doses.

If I am dealing with brown algae ot cyano I use it daily for a week or so mixed with cc or with zb

You can also use it by itself which will do similar effect which is clearing water more as it binds elements in the water ( opposit to zz which breaks down elements) and contribute to reducing po4 no3 but small contirbution,, higher contribution will be toward making the water crystal clear.

Cs and zs is not mixed together, while you can use them separately but do not mix them together.

Cs can be mixed with bm,zb and cc as a facilitator and to amplify the effect of these supplements.

Hope that helps

is the zeo reactor ideally placed before the skimmer or after in the sump?

Ideal place for the ZeoVit reactor is behind the skimmer. The mulm released from the reactor is a ideal coal food (bacteria plankton) which should not get skimmed out immediately.
