I know, setting up the Hospital Tank (HT) right now that's 100G and will be doing some dips on the most heavily effected fish tonight, then into Copper. CP is only available around here with a prescription and every vet I talk to wants me to bring in the fish for a visit [roll eyes].

Thanks for the sentiment and quick response, Ill keep dosing everything as is. Im assuming that I should maintain schedule with changing carbon/zeorocks as well correct?

Every time you replace the Zeovit material dose ZeoBac daily for 10 days, all other products do not need a change of the dosage while doing this.

Appreciate everyone's input and though we've lost a few fish with the Velvet Outbreak, we've managed to save the majority of them and they have settled into the HT for now. I've continued dosing the Start / Bac / Sponge as recommended and occasionally supplement with Amino Acids, LPS, and AcroPower (once a week). The corals are doing very well and the SPS (specifically some of the millies) are taking off! I've started to notice however small patches of what I believe is cyano and hair algae. Any suggestions for knocking those out with the Zeo system?

You can try to dose 30 ml CoralSnow mixed with 15 drops ZeoBac daily for some time. This has helped many to get rid of them but it does not work every time so this is the first think I would try. While dosing this no separate ZeoBac dosage is necessary.Alternatively you can dose a combination of CyanoClean and Coral Snow or A-Balance.

Please also make sure that the quality of your RO water is perfect checking it with a accurate TDS meter. Additional to the treatment you can vacuum the affected areas while the regular water changes.

Should I use Coral Snow or Coral Snow Plus? Also, do I maintain my current dosing of Start / Sponge?

It's also worth noting that it's started to clear up on it's own those there are still a few patches, so not sure if I need to do this now but always good to have options. I still do have a few patches of what I believe is hair algae.

Usually CoralSnow (Standard) but it might go away by itself if it already has started to reduce.

So, of course, I'm traveling this week and my wife told me my KZ Reactor is overflowing (through the handle) even though the main return pipe isn't clogged. I've had to shut it down for now and it will need to be for a few days (hopefully this doesn't cause an issue) but anybody know what may be causing this?

Should not be a issue it just means there is more flow or any kind of a back pressure at the outlet for example. Just removing the lid should prevent the reactor from splashing water.
