Only one coral and I’m thinking it’s not bleaching it’s getting picked at...as it shows growth and parts of it are still colorful. We have moved it in the tank and will keep an eye on it.
Thanks for the dosing suggestions, I will follow.

A little algae problem in sand and I hav e cleaner shrimp that has not melted in a while, looking a little tattered. The algae is brown in color. Any adjustments to my dosing?

Hello, your amount of water and tank time, I think a shrimp died, not to let the system tank appear brown algae, how much is your NP, the level rises? Try to explore other directions, and the output is enhanced by confirmation, for example: weekly WC, zeolite, activated carbon, Skimmer, siphon sand, and water-making circulation. Sand can choose some functional organisms to help clean. You can use CoralSnow to improve. The organic matter is too high and try to improve this part.

Pictures, tank sump inside the system is not very helpful, you can slowly reduce them, usually sump inside, skimmer, zeolite reactor, activated carbon, as dirty treatment.

Old picture, I removed everything from the sump. My levels are dead on with my last post. I am on schedule with carbon monthly and I change my zeolite at 7 weeks. Doing as instructed in prior posts. Can I add iodide? I’m worried about my inverts. Thanks

Sorry, it turns out to be an old photo. You don't have brown algae problems. How do you want to add iodine? Have the latest tank pictures and brown algae pictures, just want to confirm "brown algae", your narrative replacement Zeolite should be 10 days per day after Zeo bac,The level of nutrition, if the coral is healthy, it should be possible to switch the zeolite reactor to continuous flow.

Difficult to say what to do as there are many reasons. If you just use the following dosing regimen:

http://zeovit.com/forums/showpost.ph...&postcount=120

I would first try to vacuum the sand while each water change for some time to remove the sediments from the lower sand layers.

Please also check the quality of your RO water, TDS reading should be ZERO.

Default Kaliumiodid-flour

I want to start using this as I lost a cleaner shrimp and my inverts are some of my favorite critters. 6 drops per day? And adverse effects from using it with my regime? Thanks

If the stuff on the sand are cyanos you might experience a increase if you start to dose iodine but basically dosing 1 drop PIF / 25 US gallons 2 x weekly works well for most systems.
